A New Paltz fixture for many years. A good source for bike accessories you forgot to bring (Got Pump?). And if you go through New Paltz, it's right on your way to Minnewaska. They rent mountain bikes as well sell new ones. They repair bikes.

Jenkins-Lueken Orchards
If you come through New Paltz on your way to Minnewaska, this is a great place to stop for apples, fruit, and other snacks.

The closest store to Minnewaska. Their deli makes great sandwiches and they carry a wide selection of snacks.
